(More customer reviews)The product was delivered in a flimsey box, and was broken. I had to challenge the credit card company to get a refund as Amazon refused to return the item. I will never purchase a large piece of equipment from Amazon again. Customer NO Service stinks. Amazon should have stood by their product. No matter what the item is,if it is deliverd to your house BROKEN, then it should be returnable. Amazon claims since it's a gas powered machine they can't return it. HUH?? We never even gassed it up as it was so obviously BROKEN you could not hook up the hoses. Do yourself a favor, spend a little extra money and get a pressure washer from a store, so if it IS broken you have an actual store to return it to.
