(More customer reviews)This power washer deserves a 5 star rating, but my satisfaction is downgraded because of the following: 1) When unpacking the washer, I found oil had leaked from the engine or pump, leaving me with a mess to clean up. 2) The engine would not start because the air filter was soaked with oil and the air filter housing was contaminated with oil. 3) One of the wheels has a bit of a wobble when the unit is rolled about.
After removing the air filter and cleaning up the stray oil, the unit started easily and performed as expected. I was very pleased with the quality of the construction of the frame: The welds are uniform and smooth and the paint is first rate.
The shipping carton is marked with "This End UP" arrows, but the markings are not dominant. The shipping carton was probably turned on it's side (or upside down) during shipment, resulting in the oil spill and air filter contamination. In addition, the bottom edge of the carton has a major gash which may have led to damage of the wheel.
A minor annoyance. The user manual mentions that the green 25 degree nozzle is appropriate for general cleaning, suggesting this is the most common nozzle one is likely to use. The washer kit included 0, 15, and 40 degree nozzles, but alas no 25.
The manufacturer should consider shipping the unit with the air filter removed to mitigate the problem of oil contamination during shipment.
The washer is well constructed and performs very well. I recommend this washer for the home user looking for at 2600 psi washer.
