(More customer reviews)I bought a pair of these ballasts a couple of years ago; digital ballasts in the past have sometimes been unreliable. also including these lumatek's. But since theyve made some improvements, including the adjustable dimmer/power level - seems the bugs were worked out. As title says - you can run 120 or 240 which always gives you options.
They are virtually silent. Put off probably 60% less heat than standard mag/coil ballasts. Smaller, weigh less than old school ballasts. Help you hood/reflector systems be more efficient and pumps out more lumens. Also costs less on the electric bill which is nice.
I have had my pair of ballasts for 2 years now, and have had no problems or issues at all with them. theyve worked just fine.
