(More customer reviews)HAD TO HAVE THE CARBORATOR REPLACED AT MY COST PLUS LABOR, UNIT LESS THAN 2 YRS OLD AND LESS THAN 3 HOURS ON UNIT. GXi THE COMPANY THAT IMPORTS THIS FROM CHINA DOES NOT HAVE SERVICE/REPAIR MANUALS OR WIRING DIAGRAMS FOR THE DO IT YOURSELVER'S. THEY PREFER THE SHOTGUN APPROACH. TRY THIS UNIT, IF THAT DOESN'T WORK TRY ANOTHER UNIT. PER CONVERSATION WITH THE COMPANY IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE CHEAPER AND LESS TIME COMSUMING THAN GETTING DOWN TO A SINGLE PART AND REPLACING IT. WELL MY EXPERIENCE IT TOOK 3 WEEKS TO GET THE CARBORATOR REPLACE AT THE SERVICE SHOP. SO IT HAS SHOWN ME THAT THIS GENERATOR IS A CHEAP PIECE OF JUNK AND THE COMPANY BEHIND IT DOES NOT BELIEVE IN HOME REPAIR AND WILL NOT SUPPORT IT, SO IF YOU GET ONE BE SURE TO KEEP YOUR WALLET HANDY TO PAY A SERVICE SHOP TO KEEP IT RUNNING.DEK Pro Series 7,550W Portable Generator
